I am a researcher passionate about developing computer vision and machine learning methods that extract meaningful insights from imagery and complex datasets for real-world applications. My current research focuses on object detection and segmentation in drone and satellite imagery to support vector-borne disease risk assessment in African cities.

I recently submitted my PhD thesis at the University of Copenhagen, Denmark, under the supervision of Christian Igel and co-supervision of Stefan Oehmcke. I will defend my PhD later this year, with the defense expected in September. I am currently a postdoctoral researcher in the same research group, where I work closely with Christian Igel, Nico Lang, Ankit Kariryaa and Rasmus Fensholt.

Previously, I completed my Master's at the University of Twente, Netherlands (joint education program with Indian Institute of Remote Sensing, ISRO, India), and my Bachelor's at Andhra University College of Engineering, India.
